Welcome players, fans and visitors to the Jaycees Winter Classic to benefit local Special Olympics.
Ahead are 4 days full of top-notch softball competition between 24 teams from Michigan and Wisconsin, vying for $1000 first place prize, $500 second place and $250 third place. Over 45 double elimination games will be played on the field of the Superior Dome, the would's largest wooden dome. Trophies will also be awarded to the Most Valuable Player, Most Valuable Defense Player, Team Sportsman as the player who embodies the Spirit of Special Olympics and the Tournament.
Exciting softball action is not all that's in store, raffle prizes will be given away, and 50-50 tickets will be avaible from Jaycees tournament official, as well as activities for the kids. What's a ball game without a ball park frank or two? Enjoy hot dogs with all the fixin's and a variety of great tasting items at our refreshment stand.
